Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 August 2026 · Contact: privacy@pocketlust.com

1. What this is

PocketLust is currently a preview: an interactive demonstration of a service we're building, plus a waitlist for people who'd like to be invited when it launches. There are no real member accounts yet, and every profile, message and event in the demo is fictional. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Age requirement

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you're under 18, please don't use it or join the waitlist.

3. The demo

Everything you create in the demo stays in your own browser and is yours; we can't see it and don't want to. The demo is provided for evaluation and entertainment — it isn't the finished service, features may change or disappear, and nothing in it constitutes an offer of any particular future functionality.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest and nothing more. It doesn't create an account, guarantee access, or commit you to anything — and you can come off it any time by emailing us. How we handle your email is covered by our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

We may withdraw access from anyone abusing the service.

6. Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, you agree we can use them to improve PocketLust without restriction or payment. (And thank you.)

7. Our content

The PocketLust name, mark, design and content belong to us. Don't reuse them without permission.

8. No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the preview site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
